Jack Romer was an artist working mainly for the New York Daily News. Working for this paper from the early 1940s until his death, he did a strip called 'TV Titters'. For Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Magazine, he made comic strips like 'Adventures of Bobo and Binky' during the 1940s. One of the main artists for this magazine was Peter Arno. |
