Hal Santiago drew for such Filipino companies as PSG Publications in the 1960s. Together with Federico C. Javinal, he created the 'Men of Iron' in Monsters of the Universe. His other creations include 'Zarbot' in Aliwan Komiks, 'Japanese Bat' and the weekly comic 'Anak ni Zuma'. In the 1970s, he went to work for American companies, such as Marvel. |
