Bert R. Sarile

Bert Sarile was a popular creator of cartoons stips in the Philippines. His best known creation was the caveman 'Barok', that was published in the 1960s. 'Barok' was made into a movie in 1977. He also did strips like 'Mad House: Kaming Tanga, Irog' for Tagalog Klasiks. Other comic strips by Sarile were collected in the book 'On Da Record' by Pacyno.
