Mu'taz Sawwaf

Mu'taz Sawwaf is a Lebanese artist who co-founded the Arabs comic magazine Tosh Fish with fellow artists Lebbad (Egypt) and Muhammed El Khnefer (Saudi-Arabia) in 1975. Many Arabic artists published their first work in this magazine, including Sawwaf who created the character 'Fattoum'.
