José Manuel Soares

José Manuel Soares is a Portuguese painter who has also made several comics. Soares has published in many comic magazines and periodicals, among others Diabrete, Cavaleiro Andante, Mundo de Aventuras, Pimpão and Fagulha. In 1985, Éditions Futura published an album with his comics, 'A Ala dos Namorados' and 'De Angola à Contracosta,' previously published in Cavaleiro Andante. In 1990, the city of Odemira published his album about the life of Luiz Vaz de Camões.
