Roy W. Taylor was an early American newspaper cartoonist and comic strip artist. He was a staff artist for the Philadelphia North American and the New York World. He drew features like 'Brainy Powers' (1903-1904), 'Yens Yensen' (1906-1912) 'The Goats' (1905-1906), 'Little Lovey Pett' (1905) and 'The Pranks of Pantomime Pete' (1905-1906). |
