After getting his degree in Plastic Arts and three years spent at the École de BD of Angoulême, Thierry Terrasson started out in the animation field along with his brother. In 1988 he entered the comics field, and took on the 'La Teigne' series at Vents d'Ouest publishers, using the pseudonym Téhy. From 1992, he is again active in the animation field, doing layout and storyboard work for the television stations Canal J., Canal + and France 3.
Also publishing under the name Jim, Téhy has written scenarios for artists like Béatrice Tillier ('Fee et Tendres Automates'), Curd Ridel ('Rigoletto Loustic'), Reneaume ('Yiu'), Fredman and Gaston (several humorous albums). As an artist, Téhy also produced such albums as 'Jingle Sex', 'La Flemme', '500 Idées pour Glander au Boulot', 'La Thune' and 'L'Amour'.
