Arnaud Toulon is a comic artist from Tours. He began his career at the age of 20, illustrating and illustrated guide for the diabolo, called 'Le Diabolo de A à Z'. He later became the house artist for the book's publisher, Mister Babache. He has worked as a roughman and storyboarder for an ad agency, and is the author of the Flash webcartoon 'La Patate'.

He was the artist of the first two books in the humorous comic series 'Les Informaticiens', that was scripted by Mathieu Reynès and Frédéric Brrémaud and published by Bamboo between 2006 and 2008. He created the humorous children's series 'Le Fayot' with Pierre Veys for Delcourt Jeunesse.

Since 1999, Lambiek presents the Comiclopedia as a free service to comic fans from all over the world. The database has expanded to over 12,000 biographies of international comic artists, and also has an extensive Dutch section about comics in the Netherlands.
For 15 years, the site was funded from the resources of our Amsterdam-based shop. However, the current economical circumstances make it difficult for us to maintain this service. At the moment the Comiclopedia's sole editor works for us free of charge, aided by a couple of (international) volunteers.
