Bern L. Vinger

Bern Vinger was the author of the comic 'Met Toto Op Reis', about a little negro boy that is lost from home, picked up by a ship and returned to his native country. Looking at the clothes, it was presumably published in a newspaper in the 1930s. According to Hans Matla's catalogue, a book was published in 1948. Vinger has also illustrated postcards.
