Ernest Wilkinson was a British comic artist who worked for early comics magazine The Big Budget, launched by C. Arthur Pearson in 1897. Wilkinson created 'Doings of Von Puff, Von Eye, Iko Italiano and Von Sausage the Dog' in 1901. The magazine ran until 1909. |
