Bert Witte is a comics artist and cartoonist. He has published several cartoon compilations with Mondria publishers. He has made comics for magazines like Taptoe. He has made a comics version of the television comedy 'Oppassen!', in which he portrayed all the characters as animals. It originally appeared in society magazine Story, and was also published in a book by Drukwerk in 1997. Witte makes cartoons for the Stan Huygens Journaal in De Telegraaf and also does some weekly political drawings for the newspaper.
