The Flemish artist Cees Woltman was mainly known for his illustrations of fairytale books, like 'Assepoester' and 'Doornroosje'. In 1948, he made a comic book called 'Timmetje Tom op het ijs', about a little boy who learns how to skate on the canals of Amsterdam. |
