Patrice Woolley is an innovative comics artist. He was born in Monaco, and has drawn since early childhood. He showed his first comics work to Jean-Pierre Dionnet of Métal Hurlant, and went to study Art Deco in Nice. He became a scenographer at the Monte-Carlo opera, and then became a decorator, director and advertising artist in Paris. Besides doing several regular comics, he began to experiment with 3D comics, which resulted in the album 'Ténèbres', which is distributed by Strip Art Features.
