"The Week of the Interactive Cartoon"

30 January - 5 February 2010
at Galerie Lambiek

The Week of the Interactive Cartoon, by Rustende Jager
'The Week of the Interactive Cartoon'
is from 30 January - 5 February 2010

The Week of the Interactive Cartoon takes place from Friday 29 January until 5 February 2010. The artwork by a group of cartoonists (consisting of Bandirah, Kapreles, Argibald, Kito, Danibal, Michiel van de Pol, Roland Conté, Hallie Lama, De Rustende Jager and Humordenar) will be exhibited jointly in Galerie Lambiek and on 'cartoon.blog.nl'. It is up to the visitors to make up a fitting or not-so-fitting line to put underneath each cartoon. Humour at its most interactive!

The jury, consisting of Boris Kousemaker of Lambiek and the cartoon artists Robert Schuit and Guido Bootz - will choose the winners for each of the cartoons. Those who win will get their cartoon with the text underneath, with the winners being revealed on Friday, 5 February 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in Galerie Lambiek. And, of course, there will be beer and wine.
