Between 1955 and 1966 the amazing world of 'Professor Pi' was published in the Dutch newspaper 'het Parool'.

Bob van den Born started drawing the wordless one-panel gag comic in 1955, 'Professor Pi', which won him fame first in Holland and later beyond Dutch borders. At first, Professor Pi was a weekly feature, but the success was such that it was soon decided to make it a daily.

The exhibition in Galerie Lambiek showed hundreds of original panels of 'Professor Pi' artwork.
