'Kevin the Bold'.
Kreigh Collins drew the newspaper comic 'Kevin the Bold' (originally titled 'Mitzi McCoy', running from 7 November 1948 - 24 September 1950), with scripts by Jay Heavilin and Russell Winterbotham. The first Sunday page of this comic about an Irish agent of king Henry VIII appeared on 24 September 1950. The comic's name changed to 'Up Anchor' in 1968 and ran until 1972. In the 1930s, Collins illustrated a daily newspaper feature about the history of Michigan. He died in 1974, at age 66.
