A History of Violence
Michigan artist Vince Locke began his comics career in 1986 with the zombie horror comic 'Deadworld' for Arrow Comics. Since then, he has worked on DC and DC/Vertigo titles like 'Sandman', 'American Freak', 'Sandman Mystery Theatre', 'Witchcraft: le Terreur' and 'The Spectre', as well as many short stories.
Cannibal Corpse
With Gary Reed he made 'Saint Germaine' for Caliber Comics. Locke has made the graphic novel 'A History of Violence' with John Wagner for the Paradox Graphic Mystery collection, which was later made into a film by David Cronenberg.
Since 2006 he also occasionally draws for 2000 AD and Judge Dredd Megazine. Locke also does illustration work for books, trading cards, CD covers (Cannibal Corpse) and RPG's ('White Wolf', 'Wizards of the Coast').
