Oğuz Peker is a comic artist from Turkey. He created several comics, such as 'Abdullah', 'Spermies', 'Ashey' and 'Blacky', and illustrated many children's books. He taught art at the Volkshochschule in Duisburg, Germany. His comics have been published in several Turkish and German newspapers. He also made animations, for which he was awarded the Deutscher Jugend Video Preis. He returned to Turkey in 1986.
