Alfred Von Meysenbug was one of the originators of the German alternative comics scene. In 1968, he published books full of social criticism with publisher Heinrich Heine, such as 'Super-Mädchen', 'Glamour-Girl' and 'Mini-Faust'. He later illustrated record covers and books. In the early 1970s, he made the scandalous porno comic 'Lucy's Lustbuch' under the pseudonym Alfred Demarc, in which he portrayed famous pop stars and politicians. In 1992, he made the illustrated book 'Däumling'.
