Cheb Makhlouf is an Egyptian comic artist and cartoonist. He is a cartoonist with the daily newspaper AlMasry AlYoum since 2008. Together with Shennawy, Hicham Rahma, Andeel and Tawfik, he is also founder of the quarterly comic magazine for adults Tok Tok, of which the first issue was published in January 2011.
