A graduate in Graphic Arts from Turin, Silvano Beltramo began his career cooperating with several fanzines during the 1990s, including Sauron (co-founder, 1992), Crash (1994) and Ganesh (1996). He also worked as an illustrator, graphic artist, and comic colorist ('Lockness' in Dodo). After various experiences with fanzines and self-productions he debuted as a professional comic artist with the series 'Clarissa' in 1999.
From 1997 to 2014 he was in the organizational staff of the Torino Comics Convention as Head of Logistics, Exhibition management and Guests Coordinator. In 2014 his historical graphic novel 'Nidus Haereticorum' was published in France and Italy, and in 2015 he launched the sci-fi series 'Evo-Z'. Since 2017 he has collaborated with various US and UK comic publishers, and he is part of the teaching group of the International School of Comics in Turin.
