Frédéric Benaglia is a Paris-based French illustrator. Born in Antibes, he attended the Estienne art school in Paris and began his career as art director with a communication agency. He is now art director at Bayard Presse, where he is responsible for the magazines Mes Premiers J'aime lire, J'aime lire, J'aime lire Max and Je Bouquine.

Fred Benaglia has been active as an illustrator since 1997. He has illustrated and written several children's books for publishers like Nathan, Albin Michel and Sarbacane. His art has furthermore appeared in magazines like Filotéo, Fréquence, The Washington Post and Pèlerin. He creates the 'Adélidélo' comic strip for Pomme d'Api, and has made the gag strip 'La Bande à D Click/T.Taclack' with Libon for DLire.
