'Rodolphe'.
Jean Bernèche is a French-Canadian comic artist, illustrator and teacher. He has published comics in newspapers and magazines, including contributions to Kébec Poudigne (1971) and the daily 'Rodolphe' strip in La Presse.
'Rodolphe', 27 October 1973. Translation: "Half moon sweets and black caramels... that's enough!" - "How much?" - "24 cent, my sweet." - "Do you accept credit cards?".
Bernèche has illustrated several children's book series like 'Petit Géant' and 'Rodolphe le Détective' by Gilles Tibo. He is also author of the 'Mathieu' series, and has contributed to magazines like Croc, T.V. Hebdo and L'Écrilu.
