Party Time, in Wimmen's Comix, by Lee Binswanger 1987

Lee Binswanger moved from Maryland to San Francisco in 1979, partly to check out the alternative comic scene firsthand. In 1980, she sold 2 single-panel cartoons to the humor magazine National Lampoon, then found her way into the newly revived Wimmen's Comix in the mid-1980s. She submitted work to Wimmen's up to the last issue in 1991. She also appeared in a couple of Rip Off comics and various other titles. Nowadays, Binswanger works on abstract oil paintings, watercolors, a future weekly strip about a bad boss, and dreams of being an illustrator for the New Yorker magazine.
