Roberto Bonadimani was born in Sona, and lives and works in Verona. Besides comics, his great passion is science fiction. He began his career drawing for the publishing house Salsoni in 1973-74, contributing to SuperVip, Horror Pocket and Liber Pocket. In 1975, he joined Editrice Nord, where he created 'Cittadini dello Spazio' in Cosmoinformatore. The story was also published in album, followed by 'Rosa di Stelle', 'Anyha l'Amazzone' and 'I Signori dei Sogni'. Bonadimani also became a popular artist in literary SF circles, and was awarded as "Best Italian SF Artist" in 1976. Several awards followed, and Bonadimani started contributing to magazines like Kosmos, Robot and Il Mago. For Scarabeo in Turin, he created two series of tarots, called 'Tharbon' and 'Il Besiario'.
