Giampiero Casertano entered the comic world through Leone Cimpellin, who was his teacher. His first comic was for 'Supereroica' by Darde publishers. Afterwards, he joined Bonelli, where illustrated such series as 'Dylan Dog', 'Nikita', 'Napoleone' and 'Martin Mystère'. He was the cover artist of the first 43 issues of the 'Nick Raider' series. He wrote and drew the album 'Wars' in 2003, which was distributed by Strip Art Features.
