Pedro Colombo was born in Granollers, in the Barcelona area. He is a comic fan since his early childhood, when he redrew his favorite comic superheroes. Little by little he also discovered European comics, as well as manga. He didn't make it to the Academy of Fine Arts, but he did study at the Escuela Joso, a distinguished comics school in Barcelona. There, he became friends with fellow comic artist Francis Porcel. He created his first album, 'Sangre Noctámbula', for the Spanish market. He then met the French writer Jean-David Morvan, with whom he began the series 'Trois... et l'Ange' at Dargaud publishers in 2005.
Between 2017 and 2023, Colombo drew the Flemish celebrity comic 'GameKeepers', based on the children's TV show of the same name, produced by Studio 100. The lay-out drawings for this comic were made by Charel Cambré, while Nico De Braeckeleer provided scripts. Gamekeepers' was serialized in the Jommekeskrant, the children's supplement of Het Nieuwsblad, De Standaard, Het Handelsblad, De Gentenaar and De Landwacht. In 2023, the series was discontinued, as Cambré and Colombo moved on to continue Merho's 'De Kiekeboes'.
