Roberto Corbella is the son of comics artist Ferdinando Corbella. He began his career in 1962, working with the Fabbri brothers, drawing 'Corsak' for the French market. He also worked for the British market, illustrating war stories and episodes of 'Tarzan' and 'Korak', as well as 'Jai, the Jungle Children'. For Editoriale Corno, he worked on stories with 'Kriminal' and 'Satanik', and he took over the 'Gesebel' cycle. Corbella additionally illustrated several stories for Audax and Full.
