DeFlocked by Jeff Corriveau

Jeff Corriveau is an American television comedy writer and cartoonist. He grew up in a small New England town, and graduated from Springfield Technical Community College with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. He later enrolled at the University of Massachusetts and Westfield State College for courses in English and Communications, and headed for California in 1996. There, he worked as an actor, while developing his skills as a comedy writer. He was a longtime contributor of absurdist humor and social commentary to such TV shows as 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno', 'The Late Late Show' and 'Saturday Night Live'. He was also head writer for 'Talk Soup'.

By 2006, he turned to cartooning when he debuted his strip 'DeFlocked' in the La Canada Valley Sun paper in California in 2006. The feature about "four outcasts who are suddenly forced to coexist and face their deepest flaws, prejudices, fears and desires" is distributed to many other newspapers by King Features since May 2008. Corriveau is additionally a contributor of cartoons to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
