Richard Cowdry is a cartoonist from London, UK. Originally from Northwest England, he is probably best known for his 'DownTown' series for The Stool Pigeon, his weekly 'Somersault' strip for The Forbidden Planet, and his comic strip anthology, 'The Bedsit Journal'. He edits and publishes the alternative comic anthology The Comix Reader.
Cowdry's comics and cartoons have also appeared in publications like Vice Magazine, Oxford American, Stripburger, Meat Magazine, The Fix, New Coastal Press Magazine, Whores Of Mensa, The Bullet and many more.
