Marc Cuadrado was born in Oran, Algeria, but his family moved back to France in 1963. Living at the Côte d'Azur, Marc Cuadrado was a caricaturist for the daily Nice Matin from 1983 to 1991. In France, he collaborated on the satirical monthly Barre à Mine. In 1995, he moved to Quebec, where he drew for the humorous magazine Safarir. There, he illustrated the series 'Y a de l'Abus', 'Norma' and 'Époques épiques'. Cuadrado has also drawn the government magazine Protégez-vous. Marc Cuadrado is also present in Spirou, with his comic 'Parker & Badger', and in Fluide Glacial as the scriptwriter of 'Je veux un Harley' (art by Frank Margerin since 2012).
