Born in Asti, Gino Dauro began a collaboration with the newspapers of publisher Pini Segna and the publications of Bianconi and Audace in 1958. During the 1960s, he produced a lot of material for the weeklies of Casa Editrice Universo (Intrepido, Albo dell'Intrepido, Il Monello). For Astoria, he made 'Alboromanzo Vamp' and several episodes of 'Teddy Bob'. He also worked for the French market for a long time, before returning to Italy for a longtime collaboration with Corrier Boy.
