'Vic Éste'.

Marcello de Moraes was one of the main contributors to the Portuguese magazine Camarada in the 1950s. He was the author of the police series 'Vic Éste'. Later on, he became an illustrator for conservative magazines like 'A Rua' and 'O Diabo'.
