Manuel De Carli is an Italian comic artist based in Tivoli, near Rome. Born in Trento, he has been drawing for several comic magazines and fanzines since 1996. He participated in collective works like 'Fortezza Europa' (Rabbit, 2006), 'Résistenze' (BeccoGiallo, 2007), 'ZeroTolleranza' (BeccoGiallo, 2008) and 'Global Warming, 28 Nouvelles Contre Le Réchauffement Climatique' (NdAPress, 2010). He is the author of books like 'Intimo Cucito' (Centro Fumetto Andrea Pazienza, 2007) and 'Thyssenkrupp' (script by Alessandro di Virgilio, BeccoGialo, 2009).

His 2011 comic about Carlo Giuliani, an Italian anti-globalization protester who was shot dead by a police officer during the G8 summit in Genoa in 2001, was published in Italy by BeccoGialo, and in France by Les Enfants Rouges. De Carli is a member of the collective "Fumetti Partigiani", dedicated to the partisan resistance.
