Simona Denna studied at the Comics School of Milan. She began her career as an illustrator for the juvenile press. She joined Bonelli, where she started out drawing for the magazine Zona X through the agency of Gianni Bono. She then cooperated on several episodes of 'Demon Hunter', before returning to Bonelli to illustrate the series 'Legs Weaver'.
