Hansel and Gretel cover
Sean Dietrich is a comic artist and live painter from San Diego, CA. Born in Baltimore, MD, he has been working in comics since he self-published his 'Tribal Scream' book at the age of 15. In 2003 and 2004 he published the six issue miniseries and subsequent graphic novel 'Industriacide', which was his first attempt at an extensive comics. His further comics include 'Fervor', 'Mess' and 'Catalepsy'. Dietrich's comic illustrations have also been featured in children's books, when in 2008 and 2009 he illustrated comic book versions of 'Hansel and Gretel' and 'Sleeping Beauty' for Stone Arch Books.
Industriacide
Outside of comics Sean has worked for Sony Playstation ('Twisted Metal'), Cherry Road Films, Stone Arch Books, Snow23, SOAK magazine, Modern Fix magazine, and he has been published by Rorschach Entertainment. He has also done live paintings at local San Diego night clubs.
