Ranjit Dommisse was born in Borger, Drenthe, into an artistic family. After graduation he moved to Amsterdam, where he attended the Cartoon School for two years. Since 2009, Dommisse is an artist with Drop Comics, an independent publisher based in The Netherlands. Together with artists Dimitri Jansma, Jorg de Jong, writer Gert-Jan van Oosten and consulting editor Richard Boom, they are making comics for the international market. Domisse is the artist of the series 'ACE'.
