Leandro Malósi Dóro was born in 1975 in Passo Fundo (RS). He became a comic artist for the newspaper O Nacional de Passo Fundo at the age of 17. Four years later, he founded the Ruth Schneider Museum of Visual Arts, and he became a reporter with Diario da Manha.
'The Bat'.
Dóro settled in Porto Alegre at age 25, were he launched the children's magazine Gauchinho, distributed by Comercial Zaffair. He is a member of the Graphic Artists Association of Rio Grande do Sul. Malósi has written fiction based on true events ('Revolta dos Motoqueiros') and created the comic book 'Tempero Verde'. He works in a press office, while contributing to publications like Front.
He has participated in several exhibitions, including about Brazilian cartoonists, held in St. Just de Le Martell, France, and another during the World Cup Soccer in Frankfurt and Portugal (2006), as well as shows in Bosnia Herzegovina, Santa Maria, Rio Grande and Bento Gonçalves.
