Florence Dupré La Tour was born in Buenos Aires. She and her family have lived in Troyes, Guadeloupe and Lyon. She got her artistic education at the Emile Cohl school. She began her career in Paris, working on the animated version of Joann Sfar's 'Petit Vampire'. She eventually returned to Lyon, where she continued to work in comics and roleplaying games. In 2006, she began the series 'Capucin' with Gallimard. She also made the autobiographical one-shot 'Forever ma Soeur', about her relationship with her twin sister, published by Michel Lagarde.
