Terhi Ekebom, a Master of Arts from Helsinki, is a comic artist, who also works as a graphic designer. She published her first comics in several magazines since 1992, and her first graphic novel, entitled 'A Cow's Dream', was published by Napa Books in 2001. The second album, 'In New Territory', came out in 2005 through Asema. The miniature comic 'Stella di Natale' was published in Italy by Centro Fumetto Andrea Pazienza in 2004.

Her work has also appeared in several international anthologies, such as Napa, Glömp, Laikku, Quadrado, Allt för Konsten and Comix 2000, and she has participated in many exhibitions in Portugal, France, Brazil and Holland, among other countries.

Ekebom's work is characterized by the depictions of sensitieve emotions and delicate feelings. Her 2007 graphic novel 'Honeymoon Island' tells of the disappearance of love in a way that it is reminiscent of visual poetry. On the graphical part, she has experienced with scratchboard, ink and pastels in her 2010 graphic novel 'Voyage'. Ekebom also does illustration, book cover and graphic design work, as well as fine art, including fresco-style murals.
