Maldita Vida, by El Marinero Turco

Born in Rosario, El Marinero Turco has contributed to magazines like Fierro, Cairo (Spain), Lucifer (Brazil), Cerdos y Peces, Pistas, Gom and La Urraca since the mid-1980s. He has worked for the comics supplement of the Mexican daily La Jornada and has published the review Oxido de Fierro (1997/98, 3500 copies). El Marinero Turco has been active as an illustrator for the dialies Sur, La Prensa, Clarín and Tiempo Argentino, as well as the magazines Fin de Siglo, Esquiu, Crisis, Primera Plana, Humor, Teleclic, Fierro, Medios y Comunicación, País Canibal and Tres Puntos. His book 'La Verdadera Leyenda de Billy the Kid y otras Historias de Género' was published in 2001.
