Earning his money as a jazz-musician, he enrolled at the Bergh School of Advertising, specializing in commercial art. In 1967, Lennart Elworth started the comic strip '47:an Löken' ('Soldier 47, chowderhead"). Later, he created the comic 'Thudor' for magazine Thud.
