Jim Evans was active in the underground comix scene of the early 1970s. He contributed to several comix that were published by The Print Mint, such as The Dying Dolphyn, Illuminations, and Yellow Dog Comics. He als drew for L.A. Comics #1, Slow Death Funnies #1, and Tales from the Tube.
