Ruben M. Fabian is a comic artist from the Philippines. He illustrated several comic adaptations of literary works, comparable to the American Classics Illustrated series. He drew among others comic versions of Dr. Jose P. Rizal's classic novels 'El Filibusterismo' and 'Noli me Tangere'.
