'Super Duck'.
Al Fagaly was a Golden Age comic book artist. During the 1940s, he drew among others for Marvel Mystery Comics. Among his credits are the back-up comics 'The Patriot' and 'Angel', as well as 'Captain America' and funny animal stuff. He did art on Novelty's 'Chameleon' in Target Comics, Lev Gleason's 'Crime Does Not Pay' and on Fawcett's 'Captain Marvel'.

One of his most notable creations was 'Super Duck the Cockeyed Wonder' for Archie Comics. His other Archie credits include 'The Black Hood', 'Fauntleroy' and 'Wilbur'. From 1944 to 1963, he illustrated the daily 'There Oughta Be A Law' strip, written by Harry Shorten.
Robert Crumb parodied 'Super Duck' in the story 'Freak Show', published in issue #3 of Mystic Funnies (March 2002).
