Andrew Feinstein is the co-creator of the popular comic strip 'Girls & Sports' with Justin Borus. Raised in Denver, he graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, where he was the editorial cartoonist and a sportswriter for The Emory Wheel. He teamed up with Justin Borus and created 'Girls & Sports' while studying abroad in Denmark in 1997.
The strip, that was based on their own dating experiences, first ran in a couple of college newspapers until the authors turned to self-syndication in 2004. It was distributed by Creators Syndicate between 2006 until its discontinuation in 2011. The strip has been collected in books, and has been made into a series of animated short cartoons for Fox Sports Net in 2008. Andy Feinstein resides in Los Angeles where he previously worked in the animation department for Warner Bros.
