Helge Forsslund

(8 October 1900 - 23 March 1964 Sweden)

'Filimon'.

A Swedish comic pioneer, Helge Forsslund created the 'Filimon' character in Lektyr magazine in 1923. He was born in Boden on 8 October 1900, the third of eleven children, and died in Stockholm in March 1964.
