Felipe García Rodríguez was a Cuban comic artist who worked on comics with mainly nautical themes, often using the pen name Felgar. He drew the comic 'Una familia cualquiera', that was written by Karla Barro for ¡Aventuras! magazine of Ediciones en Colores in 1965. He was born in Havana, and passed away in Spain in 1995.
