Geier, pseudonym of Jürgen Speh, was born in Glarus, Switzerland to German parents in 1965. Soon, they moved back to Germany and settled in Stuttgart, where Geier studied Graphic Design and became a comic artist. He has created titles such as 'Slushpears', 'Ronny', 'Sphenisci' and the erotic 'Arsinoë', and has contributed to Menschenblut and Kromix. He was awarded for his comic 'Horst' as best funny comic in 2001, and for 'Der Ring des Meisters' as best realistic comic in 2000.
