Tim Harkin has worked as an artist on DC's Cartoon Network publications, such as 'Cartoon Cartoons' and 'Scooby Doo' (based on Hanna-Barbera's TV series). He was an inker on 'The Simpsons' (based on Matt Groening's TV series) and a letterer on among others DC's 'Looney Tunes'. He has also drawn the 'Rugrats' strip.
